SC PROGRESS | STATE CONFERENCE WORKING AGENDA REPORT:

The State Conference's overall percentage score is based on completing working agenda items in 2024. This chart tracks the progress of State Conference agenda items from September to December 2024, with each item represented by a percentage score. Once the State Conference works on an agenda item and submits it in the quarterly report through the dashboard, the system automatically updates the progress score for each State Conference.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As we move into 2025, it’s essential to define our state conference's roles and responsibilities clearly. For several years, this guidance has not been readily available, which has made it challenging to support and achieve the goals of the state conference effectively. When chairs, co-chairs, and representatives lack a clear understanding of their duties, it becomes challenging to foster successful state conferences. To address this, we aim to ensure everyone has a solid grasp of their roles and how they contribute to our shared success. Please review the outlined duties and responsibilities for state conference chairs, co-chairs, and representatives below.
